EVENT: USGA Junior Amateur Championship


The Country Club of North Carolina (CCNC) located in Pinehurst, NC will host the USGA Junior Amateur Championship from July 17 to July 24, 2021. In preparation for the Championship CCNC is looking for qualified individuals to caddy for the competitors.

A total of 264 boys will be competing in the Championship. There will be two practice rounds (July 17 and 18) followed by two rounds of stroke play competition (July 19 and 20) which will determine the 64 players who will compete in a match play format starting July 21. All caddies will be assured of at least four rounds of play and will be paid a fee by the player of $100.00 per round. The following are essential qualifications for all caddies: * Availability throughout the entire Championship (July 19 through July 24). * Golf experience, preferably at a tournament level. * Basic understanding of the rules of golf. * Physically capable of walking 18 holes carrying a golf bag. If you are interested in caddying at the Championship, or know someone who is interested, and meet the above minimum qualifications, please contact one of the two co-chairs of the Caddy Committee listed below.
